hef Roland Liccioni has perfected his craft at Les Nomades.
In this memorable six course dinner for 6-8 guests, a sublime
menu will accompany outstanding wines. Robert Parker said that
the
1999 Palmer
was “one of the superstars of the vintage,” and,
ten years later Château Palmer 2009 was again at the top of the
vinatage.
Jean-Louis Carbonnier, Château Palmer’s Director of
the Americas, will join you for this dinner,
so you can discuss
the merits of the wines with him yourself! Spectacular white wines
for dinner are being provided from the personal cellar of Jim and
Erica Sandner, as well as a bottle of impressive Sauternes. 2005
Suduiraut “is powerful stuff, with great intensity,” says James
Suckling who gave it 97 points.
Tonight you’ll take home six bottles of the wonderful 2005 Château
Palmer with, “abundant acidity and tannins beautifully coated
by the wine’s exceptional fruit extract and overall harmony and
richness.” (97 points) -
